Are you experiencing trouble logging in?

If you recently submitted payment for DIY Costa Rica access through PayPal and you are currently unable to log in above, this is likely because your DIY Costa Rica account has not yet been created. In order to create your DIY Costa Rica account, please see the registration email you received from us shortly after you paid through PayPal. (The email provides a unique account registration link, which you can use to select an account username and password.) The registration email can take up to 15 minutes to appear in email inboxes following PayPal payment; if the email doesn’t appear in your inbox, please check your junk mail and trash folders. Please also note that the registration email may appear as being sent from “WordPress.”

Didn’t receive the account registration email?

Not to worry! Depending on the settings of your email account, and especially if your email account doesn’t recognize us as a sender, our registration email may have been blocked entirely. If, after waiting the 15 minutes following PayPal payment and checking your inbox, junk mail, and trash folders, you have not received the registration email, you can request a copy of the registration link via email. (Note that if you have a PayPal account, we sent the registration email to the email address that is associated with your PayPal account, which may be an old, unused email account that you no longer monitor or have access to.) We can provide you with a copy of the registration link, or even manually approve your account registration on our end if need be, so don’t hesitate to reach out if you need us to help get your account up and running for you.

Forgot your password?

We don’t see members’ passwords, so unfortunately we cannot send you a copy of the password you chose when you registered your account, but we can assign a temporary password to your account that you can use to log in. (If you wish, you can change your password from within your account, after you’ve used the temporary password to log in.) Request a temporary password via email.

Pura vida!
