Hello Kim!
Great question! There are a few tours that follow this route (departure from La Fortuna, arrival into San Jose). Most start in the morning, though, to allow for time to participate in the tour and time to travel to San Jose from La Fortuna. Activities you can experience that can be arranged with a pick up in La Fortuna and a drop off in San Jose including canyoning, white-water rafting on the Pacuare River, white-water rafting on the Sarapiqui River, white-water rafting on the Reventazon River, and a safari float tour on the Sarapiqui River.
