Great question! We haven’t yet done the La Roca canyoning tour so unfortunately, we can’t comment on it personally. For what it’s worth, the tour does come highly recommended by our company partners, as well as a few travelers we’ve worked with recently.
With respect to your question about Covid restrictions, I’ll start with a disclaimer, though it pretty much goes without saying: Covid-related policies, restrictions, and requirements can change at any time. With this disclaimer in mind, instead of listing what the current requirements are (which may change between now and when you plan to visit), I’ll provide you with some helpful links where you can find up-to-date information. I’d recommend keeping an eye on these pages to see if anything changes between now and the day you leave home.

This document is a compilation of requirements for travel back to the US (assuming you’re American).In addition, the website for the US Embassy in Costa Rica (https://cr.usembassy.gov/covid-19-information/), as well as Costa Rica’s page on the CDC’s website (https://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/notices/covid-4/coronavirus-costa-rica), has helpful information but it’s similar to what you’ll find in the aforementioned document.
