KeymasterHello Claire!
That is a very ambitious itinerary, and also an itinerary that’s 100% possible! Upon first glance, it looks great to me, and I don’t believe there’s a need to cut anything out unless you’d prefer to have more downtime. Specifically, a lot of the tours/activities you plan to do can be experienced in one day, or two at the most. For example, in Monteverde, you can tour Curi Cancha and the Monteverde Biological Cloud Forest Reserve in one day if you want. In Manuel Antonio, you can hike and visit beaches inside the Manuel Antonio National Park, as well as tour the mangroves, in one day. In Arenal, you can tour hanging bridges, visit the waterfall, and experience the hot springs in one day, and go rafting the next. Of course, you can space these activities out over several days if you’d prefer to do that, but I aim to let you know that you can experience a lot with just a day or two to spend in each area. The fact that you’ll have two-to-four days at each destination is wonderful, and plenty of time to fit everything in. 🙂
