We may be able to help! Quick question: How are you trying to contact Desafio Adventure Company? If you’re using email, which email address did you send your message to? I know several tour operators are functioning with fewer than normal staff right now given the pandemic and the fact that we’re in the middle of the low season, but I’m not sure if the issue you’re experiencing is that Desafio Adventure Company is short-staffed or if perhaps the email you’re using (if you’re using email to reach out to them) is no longer active.

As a side note, since you mentioned you’re interested in discounts, I can confirm that our discounts for Desafio Adventure Company’s tours (and other Costa Rican tour operators’ tours) are processed through our sister site, Pura Vida! eh? Inc., not through this site, which is DIY Costa Rica.
