We booked our upcoming trip through wildrider. They are great to work with and I’ve vetted all their reviews. They were also cheaper then mapache
Thank you so much for the info. I’ve sent them a request for a quote. I should add – we are flying into Liberia and out of San Jose.
we also used wild rider and had a great experience….second driver is free, and their quotes are very clear. word to the wise, though, check your driver’s license expiration date!
I also want to recommend this simple, clean, affordable ($48 total) 2 person apartment right next to the airport if you get stranded by a late flight, as we did, and Wild Rider closes at 6 PM. The father picked us up at midnight after his daughter and I exchanged texts and photos so we could recognize his car and each other. The next morning we walked 5 minutes to Wild Rider, then drove the car back to the apartment to pick up our luggage. Our daughter found it for us through booking.com as we sat in the airport at our delayed connection in Atlanta and we were able to text the family using airport wifi when we arrivedin San Jose as went through customs. What a rescue to what could have been a very expensive night at a name-brand hotel.
